RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Company are committed to provided the items with good quality to your hand. So we are happy to get your feedback about our service. The Company may condsiders the return and refund of the items in case that the items is​ damaged, expired, or unqualified.​​

Return within 1 day from the date on invoice for Fresh Food Products and within 3days for Dry Food and Non-Food products

The Company will refund the items only. Delivery fee will be not refunded.

Invoice is required to return the item to KING MART.

The Company reserves right to deny to return or change the items if finding that your own false, in case you properly use the items in away not in line with its type.
